Basic Energy Services was founded in 1992 with headquarters in Midland, Texas. Basic Energy Services has grown to be the 3rd largest well services contractor in the U.S. with more than 5,200 employees and over 100 service points. Some of the regions that they are working at Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, the Rocky Mountain region, and Kansas. BAS provides a number of services between the drilling to abandonment.
