Our primary source of cash flow has historically been our interest in the Guaduas Field and our interest in the Guaduas-La Dorada pipeline in Colombia. We are partners with Pacific Rubiales Energy, the largest Colombian independent oil and gas company, in both of these ventures
The company’s current focus is on developing the Horizontal Mississippian block that we have acquired in Logan County, Oklahoma. While we are continuing to acquire additional acreage, we are seeking to joint venture the project with a financially strong partner with extensive onshore horizontal drilling experience.
